Beyond The Basics - Project 3.
This little cardi for babies and children from 3mths up to 2 years, is designed to build upon your knitting skills.
It is worked from the top down with a twisted rib and purl fabric pattern for the yoke.
Increases are worked between the rib lines, then continued as raglan shaping within stocking stitch.
The garment is divided into body and sleeves, with the body continued in stocking stitch rows and the sleeves worked in stocking stitch rounds on a set of double pointed needles.
The front bands are knit up and worked in twisted rib.
Designed to be knitted in Patons Dreamtime Merino 4ply.
