Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship within Australia using Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are:
- Melbourne metro: 1–3 business days
- Victoria regional: 2–4 business days
- Interstate: 3–7 business days
Some larger items (e.g. looms, spinning wheels, drum carders) ship directly from the supplier and may take 5–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the shipping carrier, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Letter Post
Lightweight items such as individual patterns and small accessories may be sent via Australia Post letter service at a reduced rate.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take a few hours to activate after drop-off.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate with Australia Post and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our store at 1353 Malvern Road, Malvern VIC 3144. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note:
- Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country.
- Some items that ship directly from suppliers (e.g. looms, spinning wheels, drum carders) are only available for delivery within Australia.
